Homeopathic Classes This Month

The first homeopathic class will be held on August 22nd at our offices in Clifton, Idaho. This will be a basic homeopathy class which will cover the philosophy of homeopathics based on the symptom picture.

YOU MUST ATTEND THE FIRST CLASS IN ORDER TO COME TO THE SECOND CLASS. The second class will cover constitutional homeopathy which can be used to reach deeper levels of imbalances, both physically and emotionally. Some of the more common remedies will be studied in depth. Having muscle testing skills that you can trust will make this process much simpler. Time will be dedicated to Flower Essences, Schuessler Cell Salts and Combination homeopathics. |

Birch (Betula lenta)

|
Has a cortisone-like action, making it useful for muscle and bone pain. Other uses: arthritis, rheumatism, tendonitis, inflammation, acne, bladder infection, cystitis, dropsy, cramps, eczema, edema reducing fever, gallstones, gout, infection, hypertension, reducing discomfort in joints, dissolving and reducing the pain of kidney stones, draining and cleansing the lymphatic system, obesity, osteoporosis, skin diseases, ulcers, and urinary tract disorders.
Therapeutic Properties: anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, disinfectant Application: apply to the feet, directly on areas of concern Aromatic: influences, elevates, opens and increases awareness in sensory system Contra-indications: birch is an excellent oil if used prudently. Some people are very allergic to methyl salicylate which can make up as much as 99% of birch oil. Always test a small area of skin first for allergies. As a single, birch should be avoided during pregnancy or if epileptic. |

Rose Geranium (Pelargonium roseum)

|
Very similar to regular geranium (Pelargonium graveolens); rose geranium has a delightful aroma, sweeter and lighter than geranium with a rosy overtone and an herbal undertone; has been used for PMS, menopausal symptoms, fluid retention and breast engorgement; apply topically for inflammatory conditions and for the infection of wounds, eczema, acne and burns; also used in the treatment of scarring and stretch marks and to delay the onset of wrinkles; see geranium for other uses of this oil.
I personally, find it delightful, sweeter and lighter than geranium. Therapeutic Properties: similar to geranium Application: massaged on the feet, as a perfume Aromatic: light and lovely, emotionally calming, said to relieve high blood pressure and tension headachces |

Spearmint (Mentha spicata)

An antiseptic oil; also balances and increases metabolism and brings about a feeling of well being; also use for bronchitis, candida, colic, constipation, diarrhea, digestion, fevers, hypertension, soothes intestines, eases migraines, improves nausea, useful for prostate, useful to the respiratory system, aids weight loss, seems to rebuild tooth enamel and relieve swelling and irritation in the gums
